What happens after I subscribe?

We'll send an invite, so you can jump right into making your  first request via our AI assistant. A project lead will follow up with regular check-ins to keep everything on track.

How many requests can I make?

With a membership, the sky is the limit. You can queue up as many service requests as you like. They’ll be delivered to you one by one. If you need more than one production at a time, fixed-rate Add-On are available to provide extra capacity.

What if I only have a single request?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase a one-off Pack directly from our Store, no membership needed. If you do have a membership, you can pause it anytime after a request is delivered, and pick it back up when more needs show up.

How do I pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can hit pause or cancel on your membership anytime before the next billing cycle starts. Pause will retain your brand directory for one year. Flexibly manage your subscription on the platform and through our payment partner Stripe.

What if the material doesn’t meet my expectations?

No sweat. We will work on any deliverable until it's just right, to guarantee you're 100% happy with it.

Are there any refunds on memberships?

Due to the high quality nature and complexity of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the production stage.
