What happens after I subscribe?

Right after you subscribe, you'll get a welcome email with a little guide on making Content Pack and Add-On requests.

We'll also send an invite to set up your account, so you can jump right into making your first request on the platform.

How many requests can I make?

Accepted Answer

Sky's the limit. Once you’re in, you can queue up as many Content Pack requests as you need. They’ll be delivered to you one by one. If you need extras or faster delivery, our Add-On services got you covered for an additional fixed fee.

What if I only need to make one request?

Accepted Answer

If you've just got one thing on your plate, you can pause your subscription after we deliver your Content Pack or Add-On request. When more needs show up, simply resume your subscription. Easy.

How do I pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Flexibility is key here. You can hit ‘pause' or ‘cancel' on your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle starts. Pause will retain your brand directory for 1 year. Manage subscriptions directly on the platform and through Stripe, our payment partner.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the bespoke nature and complexity of our work, we don’t offer refunds on membership fees.
